Q How many rooms do you have?
A 125 Guest Rooms . Our historic hotel was built 30 years ago with a focus on spaciousness and comfort and guest services. Our room types include one queen, or two queens, one king or our executive two king suites. We also have business, family and honeymoon suites available.
Q I need several meeting rooms how can you accommodate that?
A At Ruby’s we have 6 meeting rooms that can be configured to meet many needs. From a private boardroom to a large ball room, we can accommodate may different group sizes from 2 to 200. Other areas of the hotel lend themselves nicely to break out areas, including an outdoor creek side private park.
Q We need to have wireless access and LCD projectors available, can you provide that?
A Yes, absolutely we would be pleased to provide you with projectors, microphones, a sound system and wireless is available throughout the hotel and grounds. We have 24 hour front desk assistants who are happy to send and receive faxes or make copies for you as well. If we do not have exactly what you are looking for we will certainly help you find it.
Q Our group will need meals during our stay. What can you offer?
A At Ruby’s we understand that sustenance is a huge part of hosting a productive meeting. We will do everything we can to ensure that your group is well fed and that special dietary needs are respected. Ruby’s is famous for our breakfast buffet which is offered free to all of our overnight guests. If you are only utilizing our meeting rooms and no sleeping rooms a breakfast for your group can be arranged as well. Our experienced event manager will get all of your information and create the menus that will fit your agenda as well as your budget.
Q When our meetings adjourn in the evening our participants will have free time, what do you suggest they do for entertainment?
A We have an outdoor pool and a year round hot tub. Resting and reading, visiting or playing horse shoes by the creek is always a favorite. We are located on North Reserve with plenty of shopping and dining, hiking, skiing and movie theaters. Our lobby is a great spot to gather in the evenings and play cards or board games. Our rooms offer full cable with HBO. Our 24 hour shuttle service will be happy to escort our guests downtown to enjoy the many art galleries and other activities that Missoula has to offer.
Q Many of our participants will be flying in the night prior to our meeting. Do you have an airport shuttle.
A Yes, we do have a free shuttle and we would be happy to take your guests to and from the airport as needed. Also, if you are flying out of Missoula we offer free parking to our guests. This park and ride service available everyday all day to any guest of Ruby’s.
Q I can not be on site during this meeting. Will you have staff available to my guests to tend to any needs that may arise.
A Without a doubt! Having been in the hospitality industry in Montana for over 30 years we understand that our staff is what sets us apart! Many of Ruby’s employees have been with us for decades. Their loyalty is not only to this hotel but to our guests. Many of our guests at Ruby’s are return visitors and we believe that our attentive staff is a very big part of these long standing relationships.
Q We are trying to keep costs down, how can you help me to achieve staying within budget on this conference?
A We understand that staying within budget is an important part of getting the most out of your meeting. We offer free conference space when you rent a block of 10 or more rooms at Ruby’s. Breakfast is included in your lodging. With the spaciousness of our rooms and bed sizes that we offer, often times our groups find that room sharing is much more pleasant for the participants than in hotels with standard smaller rooms. Compared to our competitors we are considered the affordable choice for Missoula Conference locations.
